There are few forces on Earth that could conceivably threaten the juggernaut that is Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. They’ve hosted the Golden Globes together three times, giving people the only reason anyone’s ever had to watch the Golden Globes; they’re hosting SNL‘s Christmas special with Bruce Springsteen in a couple of weeks; and their upcoming movie, Sisters, looks to be the wondrous ode to trashy mid-life-crisis house parties the world so sorely needs.

But there is a greater force in the galaxy than these two, and Sisters is set to run smack-bang into it: Star Wars. In a case of truly terrible timing, Poehler and Fey’s first feature-length film together is due to be released on the same day as the future highest-grossing movie of all time, Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Unfortunately, there is no contest. December 17 and the next four months or so belong to Star Wars, and any smaller movie that tries to go up against something that powerful is going to get steamrolled.

But Poehler and Fey are refusing to go down without a fight, stitching together a new trailer for Sisters that lovably takes the piss out of high-end British actresses, the relentless Star Wars fandom that will soon engulf us all and the almost-certain death that awaits this plucky little movie in the shadow of Starkiller Base.

“You can see them both! YOU CAN SEE THEM BOTH.”
