This Hero Horse In The Olympic Equestrian Dressage Danced To ‘Smooth’ By Santana and Rob Thomas
Just like the ocean, under the moon.
You can keep track and field events, your swimming and your gymnastics. Such feats pale in comparison to the majesty of equestrian dressage, otherwise known as horse dancing. Just look at the poise, the laser sharp focus. Besides, name me one other Olympic sport where the competitors get to wear top hats.
Easy to dismiss dressage, but for many of these riders,it keeps them off the streets and away from a life of guns and gangs.

Taking home gold in the individual category this year was Great Britain’s Charlotte Dujardin, whose name definitely makes her sound like exactly the kind of person who would have had a pony growing up.
Eating a pot noodle sandwich whilst watching Olympic dressage. I am spanning the entire British class system in one tea time experience.

But the real winner was my muñequita, my Spanish Harlem Mona Lisa, Spain’s Severo Jurado Lopez and his horse Lorenzo, who captured the hearts of the crowd, if not the judges, with their killer routine set to the sizzling Latin tunes of Santana’s ‘Smooth’ featuring Rob Thomas from Matchbox 20.
I'm watching a horse dance to Santana. What the fuck is going on in the dressage? Did someone slip acid into my drink? #Rio2016

If the horse who did dressage to Rob Thomas and Santana's Smooth doesn't win the gold the Olympics should be cancelled.

Despite their fly performance, Lopez and Lorenzo failed to make the podium, and ended up coming fifth. Also missing out was American Steffen Peters and his horse Legolas, who stopped, collaborated and listened to ‘Ice Ice Baby’.
Like I said, this sport is great.
How to improve dressage:
Giraffes instead of horses
Constant heavy metal
Gunge tank
All the judges are dogs#Rio2016— TechnicallyRon (@TechnicallyRon) August 15, 2016
