There’s A New ‘Game Of Thrones’ Trailer Featuring Some Very Intense, Ominous Walking
It's a long walk to the Iron Throne.
Jon Snow. Cersei Lannister. Daenerys Targaryen.
Guys, it is so on.
On the back of that very weird ice melting stunt, the gatekeepers at HBO have just dropped the first proper promo for the seventh season of Game of Thrones. The 90 second clip sets up the season’s three main players, as they each get in their daily dose of cardio. You just can’t be expected to hold your own in a life or death power struggle without a base level of fitness, ya know?
Speaking of walking, the trailer also reminds us that yes, the White Walkers are still trudging their way south and that is a very bad thing, a very bad thing indeed.
We still don’t know much about the penultimate season of Thrones, although we have heard word that it will be “very bleak” (no shit) and that Gendry could be on the verge of making his long awaited return (hooray!)
Guess we’ll find out July 17.
