Inside Out is Pixar’s first feature since Monsters University, and the premise is great; it’s about five little emotion-characters that live inside a teenage girl’s head and try to nut out how to deal with all the weird situations being a kid brings up. Amy Poehler voices Joy, the main one, with Bill Hader along as Fear and Mindy Kaling quite naturally doing Disgust.

The new trailer gives us a glimpse at some of them in action, as well as the five tone-deaf jackasses inside the head of the girl’s father and the far more competent crew in mum’s brain, all of whom secretly pine for a handsome Brazilian helicopter pilot.

Inside Out is out July 24 in the UK.
