Sunnyboys Are Dead And It’s All Your Fault
Summer has officially been cancelled.
If it feels as though the sun is shining a little less brightly this week, we think we know the reason why. In the latest blow to our collective childhood, Sunnyboy iceblocks have gone the way of the Allen’s Green Frog, with the manufacturers at The Daily Juice Co. confirming the end of the tetrahedral treat due to flagging sales.
“The Daily Juice Co can confirm that we have regrettably had to make the hard decision to stop production of the icy treat,” a spokesperson told news.com.au. “Unfortunately, Sunnyboy has experienced a sustained reduction in consumer demand over a long period of time, making it necessary to delete the product from our range of water ice treats.”
Ah, so its your fault?! You, the Australian people. You never appreciated what you had, and now it’s been taken away from us. No more Orange Explosion. No more Razz Raspberry. No more Glug Cola! You people make me sick.
Y'all upset about #sunnyboy need to take a hard look at yourselves and answer the question, 'when was the last time you actually ate one?'

The discontinuation of the Sunnyboy is like that year 5 teacher you really liked but hadn't talked to for years, and now they're dead

Goodbye sweet prince. And flights of angels sing thee to thy rest. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go drown my sorrows in a box of original pizza shapes.
