She may be a few number one albums behind her sister, but I think we can all agree that Solange Knowles just wiped the floor with her in the wedding stakes.

Knowles the younger got hitched on the weekend to long-time boyfriend, director Alan Ferguson, and with its white-only dress code and crumbling New Orleans backdrop the entire thing looked like it could have come straight out of one of her video clips. Particularly the point at which she launched into a fully choreographed dance routine with her 10-year-old son, Julez. Brace yourself, because this is cuter than anything that Pixar has ever created.

Not that this was all the Solange wedding had to offer the world. Not by a long shot. There was also the all-white, all-women Vogue photo shoot:

Oof. Long story short: Portlandia wishes it had come up with this wedding concept. I have high hopes for Julez’s 11th birthday party.
