Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon them. Next month, we’ll be joining forces with St George Bank to give you the opportunity to taste success, with our inaugural Thumb Wars Championship.
Yep, you read that right.
On Wednesday November 25, two hundred people will come together in Sydney to compete for the title of Thumb Wars champion, rising through the heats until they make it to the day’s finale, which will be played out on the main stage.
The winner will walk away with $5,000, and the unassailable knowledge that their empty schoolyard boasts have been ultimately, and publicly, justified.
For your chance to compete in the Championship, we have twenty-five double passes up for grabs, including flights and accommodation for out of Sydney-towners. The winners will attend the Thumb Wars event, where they’ll party with their fellow competitors and bash thumbs with the likes of the ABC’s Marc Fennell, comedian Becky Lucas, and Channel [V] presenter Marty Smiley.
