Pass It On: Channing Tatum And Jimmy Fallon Perform ‘Magic Mike’ Scripts Written By Children

The kids were given no information about the film, other than its title. The scripts are hilarious.

The conceit of this bit, which just aired on The Tonight Show, is brilliant in and of itself: give kids the title of a globally trending film, get them to write a script for it with no other information, and enlist the actors to perform the result.

Unlike the film itself, the title Magic Mike is just vague and innocuous enough to be suitable for children. But delivered by the preposterously delightful Channing Tatum, who plays his roles equal parts lascivious and sinister, the scripts become a whole other thing.

Magic Mike XXL is released in Australia on Thursday July 9; Channing Tatum and Joe Manganiello will be in Sydney for the premiere on Monday July 6.

His evil laugh’s on point.
