As dream cast goes, this would have to be right up there: Ghostbusters star Leslie Jones wants to appear in the next Deadpool movie as Ryan Reynolds’ sidekick.

The actress and comedian appeared on the New Year’s Eve episode of Late Night with Seth Meyers, where she gushed about the profanity-laden superhero flick and told Meyers she wanted to play the Robin to Wade Wilson’s Batman.

“I would love to be just the sidekick, just feeding him back the lines,” said Jones. She also took to moment to wax poetic about Reynolds’ good looks, declaring that the actor “has got to be one of the finest pieces of specimen,” and adding that his wife Blake Lively was “so lucky.”

Jones has already pitched her idea to Reynolds, having tweeted at the actor in December.

Asked by Meyers whether she wanted her character to have any superpowers of her own, Jones replied that she just wanted to be loud enough to make everybody’s clothes fly off. Another excellent idea that we can definitely get behind.
