Hoo boy. Sometimes it’s like people have just completely stopped trying.

Overnight, UK’s Hull branch of Krispy Kreme was forced to apologise, after announcing its lineup of planned mid-term activities encouraged to lure more sugar-hungry children into its store. The week-long festival included such classics as ‘Funday Monday’, ‘Face-painting Thursday’, the captivating promise of ‘BALLOON MADNESS’ — and, yes, ‘Krispy Kreme Klub Wednesday’.
