Kanye West Just Dropped Release Dates For Two New Albums
One album will be a collaboration with Kid Cudi.
After a week of tweeting life advice and plugging his shoe line, Kanye West has announced the release dates of his next two albums. And the good news is you won’t be waiting long.
The rap icon returned to the social media site a week ago, causing many to speculate that he had new music in the works. And sure enough, West just tweeted he’ll be releasing a solo album on June 1, followed by a collaboration with Kid Cudi seven days later.
The tweets were pretty light on information, although we do know that the solo album will contain just seven tracks. As for the team-up with Cudi, they’ll apparently be releasing it under the name Kids See Ghost, with West tweeting “that’s the name of our group”.

West also tweeted that Pusha T and Teyana Taylor both have new albums dropping soon, on May 25 and June 22 respectively.
West’s last album, Life of Pablo, was released in 2016. He’s also apparently working on a philosophy book.
