Hooray, The First Teaser For ‘Incredibles 2’ Is Here
Honey, where's my super suit?
Just 13 years after the release of the original, the long-awaited sequel to beloved Pixar film The Incredibles is right around the corner. And to get us excited, the animation studio just dropped the movie’s first trailer.
The teaser truly embodies the meaning of the word, giving little away in terms of the sequel’s plot. Instead it hinges its appeal strongly on the inherent interest of a baby spontaneously developing a bunch of super powers. Which is, of course, absolutely awesome.
14 years have passed, and The Incredibles 2 looks like it takes place 15 minutes after the first movie

In the first film, Jack-Jack the baby is suspected of not possessing any powers, so it’s quite a sweet touch to focus on the moment that Mr. Incredible realises his son actually possesses a boat-load of cool abilities. Especially laser eyes. Laser eyes are sick.
“You have POWERS,” Mr. Incredible shouts in joy. Mid-2018 can’t come soon enough.
