"Suicide Squad ... is ... [actually] ... [good]."

Excited about seeing Suicide Squad tomorrow? Good, because everything is fine, the world is in a happy place and all that negative press you’ve been hearing about it being “toxic”, “boring” and “overstuffed” is woefully overstated. (Presumably by the same out-of-touch critics that lambasted this year’s modern classic Batman v Superman.)

OK, so maybe the Hollywood Reporter’s Todd McCarthy described it as a “puzzlingly confused undertaking that never becomes as cool as it thinks it is”. But have you ever paused to consider that Todd McCarthy is not as cool as he thinks he is? The 35% Rotten Tomatoes rating could also be perceived as a red flag, especially when the Angry Birds movie rated in the mid-40s. But since when did you let a movie rating algorithm guide your lifestyle choices anyway?

In actual fact, glowing reviews of Suicide Squad are all over the internet – you just need to dedicate an entire afternoon to finding them. Here’s just a small snapshot of some we’ve manipulated to prove our point dug up.
