The First Teaser For ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ Season 2 Is Here And It’s Dark As Hell
At least they're consistent.
Hulu has unveiled the first trailer for the second season of The Handmaid’s Tale, and anyone hoping for an injection of positive vibes into the dystopian drama is probably going to be sorely disappointed.
Set to an ominous cover of Buffalo Springfield’s ‘For What It’s Worth’, the minute-long clip doesn’t give much away in terms of plot, but does a great job (re)establishing the tone of the series that picked up the gong for Best TV Drama at last week’s Golden Globes. And by that I mean: it looks fucking haunting.
New episodes of The Handmaid’s Tale hit Hulu in the US on April 25. In Australia the series streams on SBS On Demand.
