I think we all probably assumed that Miss Piggy was the dominant one in her relationship with Kermit the Frog. But from the looks of this highly unsettling trailer mashup, things may be a little different behind closed doors.
Created by the team at Darth Blender using footage from various Muppet capers including Muppets Most Wanted and The Muppets Take Manhattan, the Fifty Shades of Muppets trailer casts Kermit in the roll of kinky businessman Christian Grey as he seduces naïve college student Anastasia Steele, played by Piggy. Should this thing exist? No. Will you ever be able to unsee it? Definitely not. Are you going to watch it anyway? You tell me.
Personally, I find it a little hard to buy Piggy as the submissive type, and hearing Dakota Johnson’s voice come out of her mouth is just plain wrong. The idea that Kermit is a sexual deviant, on the other hand, makes complete and utter sense to me.
