Everyone’s Favourite New Band Winston Surfshirt Drop The Track You’ll Be Hearing All Summer

If you’ve heard the name “Winston Surfshirt” being thrown around a lot lately, that’s probably because they have been everywhere. 

The Sydney outfit have been riding high off the back of singles ‘Ali D’ and ‘Be About You’, which scored handy shoutouts from the likes of Elton John (no biggie), Beats 1 host Zane Lowe and BBC Radio 1’s Huw Stephens.

On top of that, they sold out their debut national tour earlier this year and somehow also found time to throw down a set in the Mix-Up tent at Splendour in the Grass a month ago.

Winston now have another reason to be chuffed: they’ve just dropped their lush new single ‘Same Same’, and announced that their debut album Sponge Cake will be hitting shelves on September 29. Listen to to the new track below.
