Emma Stone And Ryan Gosling Are Totally In Love In The Trailer For Musical Romance ‘La La Land’
Yes please.
Gangster Squad and Crazy, Stupid, Love weren’t particularly amazing films, but they did teach us one important thing: Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling have really good on-screen chemistry. Guess that’s what happens when you’re two of the most attractive people alive, and insanely good actors to boot.
In any case, our favourite Hollywood pairing appears to be falling in love all over again, this time in the trailer for the Los Angeles-set musical La La Land. The new film from Whiplash writer-director Damien Chazelle, the movie is about an aspiring actor (Stone) and a struggling jazz musician (Gosling) who fall hard for one another while chasing their respective dreams.
The latest trailer for the film is packed with gorgeous imagery, including many, many shots of the pair kissing, dancing, staring longingly at one another and basically doing everything they can to make everyone else’s life seem totally inadequate by comparison.
Then there’s Stone’s singing, which is absolutely stunning. Now how is that fair?
Nope. Not crying. Just got a little dusty in here, that’s all.
La La Land will have its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival next week, before hitting theatres in the US on December 2.
