Thousands of fans, including prominent members of the entertainment industry, have thrown their support behind Leslie Jones, after some sub-human scumbag posted nude photos of the actor, along with other private information, on her personal website earlier today.

The disgusting hack marks another escalation in the sustained campaign of racist and misogynistic abuse that has been leveled against Jones, much of which has stemmed from her having been cast in the all-female Ghostbusters reboot. The actor spent months calling out her attackers on social media, before taking a break from Twitter in the face of overwhelming abuse that included multiple threats of murder and sexual assault. She later returned in time to provide fucking phenomenal coverage of the Rio Olympics.

Conservative commentator Milo Yiannopoulos, who received a lifetime ban from Twitter for his role in the initial attacks on Jones, distanced himself from the hack via a Facebook post – one that naturally made no mention of the tanker-load of petrol he dumped on this fire to begin with.

Jones has yet to publicly respond to the hack – frankly, you could forgive her if she’s decided to just toss every wi-fi enabled device she owns into a volcano. Her fans and showbiz peers, however, were quick to condemn the attack, taking to Twitter en messe to slam the reprobates responsible while bombarding Jones with messages of love and support.
