Holy shiiiiiiiiiit. Pop culture titans Beyoncé and Jay-Z have announced a huge global tour kicking off this June, but unfortunately us Australian fans aren’t getting any love from the ’03 Bonnie and Clyde.

The 36-date ‘On The Run II’ stadium tour opens on June 6 in Cardiff. Bey and Jay will spend the next few weeks touring Europe before hitting the North American leg of the tour on July 5. It’s the first time the pair have toured together since 2014’s ‘On The Run’ tour which coincided with Jay-Z’s Magna Carta Holy Grail and Beyoncé’s self-titled album.

Since then Beyoncé has dropped the critically acclaimed Lemonade and Jay-Z has released 4:44. Both of those albums dealt with themes of family, love and Jay-Z’s alleged infidelity.

The married couple are two of the biggest music icons on the planet and it’s likely the tour will sell out in seconds. But even though they’re touring nine European countries, the pair are skipping the Asia-Pacific region which means there are no Australian dates. And Australian fans aren’t taking it well.

Intense.

The last time Beyoncé toured Australia was back in 2013. It’s been a long time between drinks, and the ‘On The Run II’ tour will be the third to skip Australia, so it’s not surprising fans are upset.

Show us some love!
