We Got An Exclusive Sneak Peak At ‘Queer Eye’ Star Antoni’s New Cook Book

It’s just been announced that Antoni Porowski, the incredibly hot food guy from Queer Eye, is set to release a cook book. This is extremely exciting news for avocado lovers everywhere!

Entertainment Weekly reported that Porowski has signed a deal with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt for his first cookbook, consisting of 100 recipes, which will be published early next year. The publisher says that he will “continue to promote the simple, healthy, visually appealing fare that marked his culinary approach on the Netflix reboot.”

“I can’t wait to publish this book and share my personal recipes with the world,’ said Antoni in a statement. “I could not be more thrilled to be writing about the recipes I love and think are essential to any novice home cook, professional, and somewhere in between.”

Sounds great!

Antoni Porowski has been the breakout star of the Queer Eye reboot, thanks to his handsome human body, passionate love of books and t-shirts, and absolute thirst-trap of an Instagram account.

He was also questioned over whether he had any of the necessary credentials to be the food guy of the show, and it was theorised that he might in fact be an actor hired to play the role of thirst-trap chef.

Sassy Vegetarian Avocado Sashimi

Yummo!

This full-of-flavour avocado dish is quick, easy and won’t break the budget. Preparation time: 45 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Avocado

Method:

  • Step 1 — Carefully cut the avocado in slices
  • Step 2 — Present on a plate or dish or portable surface
  • Step 3 — Enjoy!

Sparkly Frozen Water

Decadent!

A refreshing summer treat! Although, you will need a freezer or access to a lonely winter pond. Preparation time: 4 hr 13 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Water

Method: 

  • Step 1 — Place water in a vessel of some sort — multiple small buckets would be best, but anything that can safely hold liquid is fine. Place water AND vessel into the freezer. Do NOT simply toss the water into the freezer!
  • Step 2 — Wait for many hours, but do not stop staring at the freezer while waiting. Try not to blink.
  • Step 3– Water should now be extremely cold and solid (which is how I like my men, amirite?). Remove frozen water from freezer — do NOT lick freezer.
  • Step 4 — Enjoy!

Deconstructed Guacamole

Disturbing!

A new take on a classic Mexican favourite. Preparation time 3 days, 2 hours.

Ingredients:

  • Avocado
  • Greek yoghurt?

Method:

  • Step 1 — Place the peeled avocado next to a dollop of greek yoghurt
  • Step 2 — Enjoy!

Antoni’s Guava Snow Egg

Libellous!

A dessert made famous by Masterchef, with a patented Porowski twist! Preparation time: 9 months.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Snow Guava egg

Method:

  • Step 1 — Boil the egg of a Snow Guava until cooked.
  • Step 2 — Garnish with icing sugar for sweetness.
  • Step 3 — Enjoy?

Surprise Avacadoo

Mean-natured!

A cruel prank, most likely committed by a scallywag or neighbourhood mischief-maker. Preparation time: living in the moment.
